2. Information We Access and Collect
To deliver core camera functionality—such as manual photo capture, high-definition video recording, and custom
parameter
adjustments (ISO, shutter speed, focus, white balance, and EV)—Lumagic Pro interacts with specific device hardware
and
data streams:
Camera Data (Camera Permission):
What we access: The app requests runtime permission to access your device’s camera hardware to generate live
camera
previews, process manual focus points, and capture photos and videos.
How it is handled: Photos and videos captured using Lumagic Pro are processed locally on your device and saved
directly
to your local device storage or scoped storage gallery. We do not upload, transmit, or store your captured photos or
videos on any remote servers.
Microphone Data (Microphone Permission):
What we access: If you record video content, the app requests microphone access to record accompanying audio.
How it is handled: Audio is recorded locally onto your device alongside your video file. Audio data is never
streamed,
collected, or sent to external servers.
Device Storage / Media Access:
The app saves output files directly to your device storage via system-approved directories or system media pickers.
We
do not scan, read, or collect unrelated media files from your device storage.
3. How We Use Your Information
Because all imagery, audio, and device processing happen strictly on your device:
We do not collect personal or sensitive user data via the camera or microphone.
We do not use your photos, videos, or audio recordings for profiling, marketing, or advertising purposes.
All data access is strictly restricted to executing the real-time functionality of the manual camera engine.
4. Third-Party Services and Data Sharing
Lumagic Pro does not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal or sensitive data to outside parties.
No Analytics or Trackers: We do not integrate third-party analytics SDKs, advertising networks, or tracking
tools
that
harvest device identifiers or personal parameters.
Cloud Backups: If your device is configured to automatically back up its local storage to a third-party cloud
service (such as Google Photos or iCloud), those operations are managed entirely by your operating system
settings and
governed by those external providers' respective privacy policies.
5. Compliance with Google Play Policies
In accordance with Google Play developer requirements:
Prominent Disclosure: Before any runtime permission prompts appear, the app provides explicit in-app
